1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (&quotTerms&quot) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FundsNG (&quotCompany,&quot &quotwe,&quot &quotus,&quot or &quotour&quot) concerning your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the &quotPlatform&quot).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Campaign Requirements

When creating a fundraising campaign, you agree to:

• Use funds only for the stated purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not create campaigns for illegal activities or prohibited purposes
• Provide updates to donors about the campaign progress

Prohibited Campaigns

You may not create campaigns for:

• Illegal activities or items
• Fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Hate speech, discrimination, or violence
• Weapons, drugs, or other prohibited items
• Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
• Political campaigns (unless explicitly permitted)

5. Donations

When making a donation through the Platform:

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• You authorize us to process your payment through our payment processor
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes
• Donations are made directly to the campaign creator, not to FundsNG
• We do not guarantee that funds will be used as stated by the campaign creator

6. Fees and Payment Processing

FundsNG charges fees for the use of our Platform:

• Platform fees are deducted from successful donations
• Payment processing fees are charged by our payment processor
• Fee structures are displayed clearly before transaction completion
• We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with notice

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete payment card information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by FundsNG and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

8. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit through the Platform. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post offensive, defamatory, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Distribute viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Engage in any form of automated data collection

9. Verification and Investigation

• Investigate campaigns for compliance with these Terms
• Request additional documentation or information
• Suspend or remove campaigns that violate these Terms
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities
• Withhold or refund funds if fraud is suspected

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN &quotAS IS&quot AND &quotAS AVAILABLE&quot BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM'S OPERATION OR YOUR USE OF IT.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• The accuracy or reliability of campaign information
• Actions or omissions of campaign creators or donors
• How campaign funds are used
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FundsNG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you post or transmit

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may contact us or use the account deletion feature in your settings.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian arbitration rules.

14. Changes to Terms
